Bush, Rubio, Walker and Kasich are the only GOP presidential candidates I think. The rest either have their own ideological agenda or simply promoting themselves in Palin's footsteps. Carson, Cruz and Huckabee are doing just that. Santorum and Perry living in the past and I don't know what Christie and Rand Paul are up to. Just political self promotion?

An NBC News poll taken after the Republican debate revealed some bad news for Fox News. All of their favorite establishment candidates lost support while the lunatic fringe led by Donald Trump, Ted Cruz, and Ben Carson rose to the top three positions.
Trump 23% Cruz 13% Carson 11% Fiorina 8% Rubio 8% Bush 7% Walker 7%

Let's be honest here.

The GOP ain't gonna nominate no woman for President.

She's looking for the VP slot and she's hoping that if she can help take Trump down it will earn her points with the pasty white guy that they eventually nominate.

Stephen Colbert:

His prayers are being answered.

It looks like I'm going to have to eat some crow.

I've been predicting for a long time that it would be Bush vs. Clinton in the general.

But I'll be damned, it looks more and more like it's going to be Bernie vs. The Donald. And I could not be happier if thats the way it turns out.
