BULL SHIT, in all caps. They did not find sufficient evidence that a crime was committed by Wilson. From the DOJ, I never did expect anything other than dismantling of Ferguson PD for operating a for profit PD.

Therefore, it's murder. Exactly who here is screaming like a Chinese Monkey, TJ?

You and your very good buddy Zeke.
Especially Zeke.
Judging from his post #1665 he's about to come unhinged.
Since you and he are so close perhaps you might want to consider an intervention.

That's Republican posturing and race baiting and I think you know it, and most of it coming from Issa.

Moreover, you seem to be asserting that DOJ investigators did indeed find enough evidence to prosecute Wilson, but chose not to because of pressure from Holder. That's just plain silly.
|
I made no such suggestion and I think you know that too. I've already said that the biggest problem I see is the pig's breakfast that the Ferguson PD (deliberately) made of the integrity of the crime scene and the chain of custody of certain pieces of evidence like Wilson's sidearm and vehicle.

McCulloch admitted to committing prosecutorial misconduct by suborning perjury to the grand jury when he presented a witnesses who testified to what she saw when he knew good and goddamn well she was not at the scene. A Grand Jury should be recalled.

He made no such admission, jagoff.

He didn't say,"I knowingly suborned perjury" but he did indeed admit that he called witnesses whom he knew, on the basis of their interviews, would perjure themselves. He also said that he allowed that testimony to go unchallenged and that he figured the jurors could figure out who was lying and who was telling the truth.

He did indeed say the former. However, I read in many places that his staff did indeed challenge all such testimony vociferously. I would have to think that behavior such as you allege, if intended to deprive Brown (or his loved ones) of their rights, would be under the purview of the DOJ's review. Regardless, the DOJ listened to 200 witnesses, performed their own autopsy, etc., and came to their conclusion.
I'm tired of this silliness. I accept the grand jury and DOJ findings. More power to you if you don't.

Post a link with a quote in which he admits suborning perjury.
