C'mon Zeke, some of us have staked our positions on this controversy and until the entire truth of this incident is made public, no one is going to change their minds. So to claim that any one has lost their argument (or their case) is premature.

Speculation is, typically, based in available facts/information not consistently modifying an already ridiculous argument to damned near metaphysical proportion in a vainglorious attempt to make the criminal a victim as evidence emerges.
