I sometimes think how cell phones may have decreased crimes. I mean phone lines to homes cannot be cut anymore, and if you have a smart phone there is a gps on them
so it should be possible to track missing persons to a certain extent much better than before.
Only a fool can not see the usefulness of the mobile phone. And in developing nations like the Philippines, where you had to be wealthy to afford a landline, these devices were a revolution.
