What strikes me is, they're squeezing the docs, so they do something else. And we're about to cut medicare payments?

I also find it interesting that there are some parallels between what happened to our big industry and what happened to them, what with pensions benefits lifetime employment etc.

I really like their experimentation too. Perhaps we should be watching.
