Agreed! The right was not the one that posited the intellectual ability of Obama. I recall that it was the left that enjoyed questioning Bush's intellectual ability, then they put Obama, and for that matter Gore's, intellectual prowess as a counterpoint to Bush. Of course. all of this duly reported by the media sycophants that actively suport the left.
