One can only hope the people are waking up and getting mad.

Field Commander Greg Bovino is out! Will there be others? Who will go next?

I feel Noem is next. But this is just a sop to public opinion, to short circuit the growing anger. Miller's still in place, the desire is still in place. They will cancel the midterms unless they think they can cheat enough to win them.

If you can't beat 'em cheat 'em. It's the Republican way.
Pam Blondie has offered to have ICE withdraw from Minnesota if Minnesota agrees to give up their confidential voter role info. What this has to do with immigration enforcement is a mystery to me. This "ask" has been given at other likely Blue states as well. Just what they need to meddle with elections and election results.

Greg Bovino Loses His Job
The Border Patrol chief has been ousted from his role as “commander at large,” and will return to El Centro.
Gregory Bovino has been removed from his role as Border Patrol “commander at large” and will return to his former job in El Centro, California, where he is expected to retire soon, according to a DHS official and two people with knowledge of the change.
Bovino’s sudden demotion is the clearest sign yet that the Trump administration is reconsidering its most aggressive tactics after the killing Saturday of 37-year-old Alex Pretti by Border Patrol agents under Bovino’s command.
Earlier today, President Trump appeared to signal in a series of social-media posts a tactical shift in the administration’s mass-deportation campaign. Trump wrote that he spoke with Minnesota Governor Tim Walz—whom the White House has blamed for inciting violence—and the two men are now on “a similar wavelength.” Tom Homan, the former ICE chief whom Trump has designated “border czar,” will head to Minnesota to assume command of the federal mobilization there, Trump said.
Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and her close adviser Corey Lewandowski, who were Bovino’s biggest backers at DHS, are also at risk of losing their jobs, two of the people told me.

Hope this comes true, the backlash from fatally shooting of Pretti by ICE has been immense with now close to ten GOP Senators asking for a full investigation. I predict just a matter of time before ICE moves out of Minnesota especially since now its obvious the push was to obtain confidential voter information.

That ask is a tell. Big tell.

I am somewhat confused here. There ICE who are the immigration LEO operates within the US while Border Patrol is said to operate on our borders.
From reading about the Pretti killing in Minneapolis, I understand that two Border Patrol officers shot Pretti separately. Why were they assigned to the Minneapolis operation and more importantly, they were also masked. I assume regular Border Patrol officers conduct their operation without masks, or am I wrong, that all ICE and BP guys operate hiding behind face masks.
Btw, these are also in hiding on administrative leave of course.

Not enough ICE uniforms to go around? The masked ones are usually dressed out like they're entering a combat zone.

Here's a question:
Why do we know the identity of Renee Good's assassin but the identities of the killers of Alex Pretti is a closely-guarded secret.

Someone in DHS made a comment that Renee Good's killer was injured in a operational skirmish at a different town as an excuse for his literally jumping the gun. The civilian sleuths then found out who he was from hospital records. I am citing this from memory, so details are a bit fuzzy.
