I am betting that the Scotus is going to find a way to whiff on this one. Obviously the Trump tariffs are unconstitutional and an easy decision to make, yet they postponed this while keeping the tariffs in place.

But then I would have bet a lot of money that they would not repeal Roe vs Wade which has gone a long way in hurting the country while appeasing a religious minority.
