Trump is desperately trying to regain the spotlight. The afterglow from the convention and shooting faded away abruptly. Shows or should just how unable to sit in the Oval he is when unable to handle this change.

When we were shopping for homes in Reno, my wife wanted to see a house that was a bit out of our range, but went to see it anyway. When we entered the neighborhood, there was a substantial home with three flags in the front, one US and two Trump 2020. The year was 2021 and we turned around while my wife said "no way we are going to live here".
Yes, he is so 2020 and getting worse. Doubt he hears himself anymore.

Christopher Wray said yesterday that the FBI is not sure if it was the bullet that grazed Trump's ear or shrapnel, and now he is fuming and demanding that Wray be fired, his own appointee.
Poor Felonius Trump, he can't even stop a bullet anymore and his Superman NFT is going to tank.

“There was no evidence that it was anything other than a bullet,” Jackson wrote in a letter, which was shared on X by Trump’s senior adviser Jason Miller.

See, we know its bugging them when they have a quack like Jackson, a fake doctor chiming in. How would he know any more than the FBI who conducts the forensics. Poor Trump, can't stop a bullet even when he wants to.

With pill boy and dough boy claiming "It was it was it was" a bullet that nicked tRumpy's ear I'd like to see a diagram of the trajectory of the bullets fired. Three people in the crowd actually got hit so that would be easy knowing the point of origin. That leaves five rounds unaccounted for. Surely the FBI can find two or three of those. I want to see if the kid was spraying shots all over the place or was it a tight grouping. If there was a tight grouping and none were near that big fat head that would be telling. If the shots were all over the place then fathead is the luckiest sumbitch in the world since the rounds for the weapon the shooter was using are designed to "tumble" and create a lot of damage to flesh. There have been statements from people who know about such things that there should have been more damage to an ear than what happened on that day. I'm not subscribing to any conspiracy theories, but I want answers.
Back to the topic at hand. Donny & Co. are shitting themselves because the spotlight isn't on them right now.

If Kamala can lead the chant "lock him up" routinely without orchestrating it, that should really get under Trump's thin skin. A shocking admonition to an indicted felon and the MAGAts will go ape shit. I already expect Cat Woman T-shirts at Trump's next rally as JD doubles down on this thus pissing off a lot of women who just cannot conceive.
What an idiot and finally Trump has met his match.
Caution: Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.

For Justice Department employees who had spent weeks contemplating the possibility of two-time federal criminal defendant Donald Trump returning to the presidency, Joe Biden’s decision to drop out and endorse Kamala Harris offered a sense of relief.
Former and current Justice Department employees believe that a future president Harris, a former prosecutor, unlike Trump, would respect the norms that have been in place to ensure DOJ independence in the half-century since Watergate.
Those fears of another Trump term are central to a new letter endorsing Harris, signed by more than 40 former Justice Department officials who served under presidents of both parties. They include former Attorney General Loretta Lynch, former deputy attorneys general Sally Yates, David Ogden and Jamie Gorelick, and John McKay, who was appointed as a top federal prosecutor in Washington state during the George W. Bush administration, among others.
