Yep, everyone decided nukes were no longer a worry when the USSR broke up. Not that easy.

We should be very afraid right now. North Korea is worrying and the Middle East escalating.

The world has forgotten the horrors of Nuclear weapons. Or just don't think it can happen!

So what? That is, what do the UK's geopolitical fortunes have to do with whether nukes are a menace or not? I feel you are stretching for a reason to reject the message.

The country I am most worried about is Iran more than North Korea. Iran has become much more dangerous after the genocide Israel is conducting in Gaza with an endless supply of US arms. Now while Iran backed militants/terrorists have been mobilized in Iraq, Syria, Yemen and Lebanon, I am certain that Iran's tentacles to mobilize terrorism reach far and wide in the middle east. Russia needs their oil exports to survive and they should know better than to pull the Nuclear chain first. And what Lil Kim does is somewhat controlled by China, they need him as a bully but not as bad actor.

Siding with Israel was a huge mistake because the eventual beneficiary is not Israel but Netanyahu. And now Biden is trying to rein in the Yahu but to no avail.

Their breakout time is now measured in weeks, not years as it was with the JCPOA.
