Had the same 3 we have the last 2 yrs. But they are the only kids living within a mile of us out here.

All middle age and older around here I think. The unsubdivided houses are too expensive, and the rental flats are too small for families with kids.

The town we live in here in DuPage County IL, organized a big Halloween thing in one of the commuter parking lots Sunday afternoon. A bunch of town shops and restaurants were provided tents where they handed out shop promotional flyers and/or menus to the adults and treats to the kids. It was well attended. We had five groups come to the door yesterday, all accompanied by parents. Perhaps a low count because of the shindig.
