You missed the point.
Trump is a fact. That he's a candidate is a fact. That he has an opinion on (insert your subject of choice here), and whatever that opinion is, is a fact. The way he discusses his opinions become facts, to the extent that they reveal his opinions to the viewers and his understanding (or lack thereof) of the big picture issues associated with those facts. These facts collectively allow the viewer to make their own judgments about whether Trump is / is not an appropriate candidate.

He's presenting his opinion of the 2020 election, his loss of which, as fraudulent or stolen as a fact. His opinion of this as a fact has infected the majority of the Republican party. How can this lie not affect future election losses for him or the Republican party.

So, if that's the audience's takeaway from watching the town hall telecast, then so be it.
I sincerely doubt that his opinion of the 2020 election "infected the majority of the Republican party". More folks I know who would likely vote Repub would rather he just shut up about it.
Frankly, I think the left feels more of a need to bring it up than Trump does. Hell, it was the lead question in last night's town hall, and the moderator continued to press with follow-up questions. They were interviewing the audience members after the program ended. The interviewer asked "Trump keeps talking about how the 2020 election was stolen. Don't you think it's time for him to start talking about other issues? " To which the audience member observed, "Why do you keep asking him about it?"

They are going to ask until he admits he is full of shit. That will never happen so they will keep talking about it.

Wrong again. 61% of Republicans say that Biden won due to voter fraud.

As far as his lie about the election, tRump's been bringing it up every chance he gotten since election day and there have been plenty of Republican politicians going along with it. It seems like ol' whell is just in another shit stirring mood.

So you want us to agree to give a formidable liar who is also promoting the stolen conspiracy a forum to communicate?
Wait till other kooks demand equal time.
Trump's speech needs to be regulated but under our constitution, not possible. Best we can do is to deny him an audience. Besides he keeps repeating the same nonsense of victim hood, grievance or stolen election. So why keep letting him repeat the same lies?
With the forum on CNN yesterday, the anti-Trump GOP is actually bitching about it. CNN by their stupidity (they are going to lose viewership) may have promoted Trump's candidacy further, which we all know will come crashing, when he is indicted of the really serious crimes.

I don't think so. He is saying that Trump must be given a forum since he is now the leading candidate for the GOP and the audience should decide for themselves if he is lying. Obviousle Whell does not believe in the propagation of lies to the general public does any harm which to me is the BS part.
I am of the opinion that with Trump, we need to put a muzzle and MSM can easily accomplish that, but revenues comes first. Damn every one of them but I am immune, no TV programs since 1987, just occasional streamed movies.

The point? Your point is the point on the top of your pointy little head.
Trump is a sociopathic grifter, a sexual assault perp, and a seditionist traitor. His opinions are the opinions of a malignant narcissist. These are facts.
On top of everything else, Mikey doesn't know the difference between opinions and facts. If you're trying to say that it's a fact that Trump has opinions, thats fine, even though it doesnt mean jack shit about anything. Particularly about this subhuman shitbag having the "big picture" on anything besides now to use the legal system to screw innocent, hard working people out of their hard earned money.
Like everybody else, Trump has opinions...and opinions are like assholes, everybodys got one. Trump's stink to high heaven.

The truly amusing thing about Whell is that, as an HR guy, he knows full well that the Orange Buffoon's antics would make him completely ineligible to run even the tiniest publicly-held company, yet he can't seem to shake his absolute loyalty to the ass. It's baffling, but somehow he thinks his bullshit arguments are "reasonable". ROFL.
