And yes, they also form the bulk of Christians who “don’t believe in” manmade global warming and evolution, They are either genetically stupid or situationally stupid, take your pick.
Thing about Christian teaching is that it teaches that all men are flawed and we are not to judge others. So when it comes to trump, we don't support everything he does and often don't even support him at all. But to the former, we support the things he's getting done in his job description, and to the latter, he's just not as bad as the other choices to us. Thing is, most of those I know that "support Trump" don't really support the man so much as support the president and what he is doing for the country in his role.

As many mention, King David who is described as a man after God's own heart, murdered a man to take the man's wife who was already pregnant with David's child. God works with imperfect humans constantly.

And I always like to ask this: Who helped the most people's lives, Bill Gates or Mother Teresa?

Joe Biden builds 5-point lead over Orange Shitstain in red Texas as some voters sour on handling of virus

Amid rollbacks of the state’s COVID-19 reopenings, Gov. Greg Abbott has also lost some luster. And in the past seven days, 82% of Texans wore a mask, a new DMN/UT-Tyler poll finds.

Texas!? Texas.

'Trump ad falsely suggests Biden supports defunding police' WP

Four Pinocchio's for the T'Rump campaign. So transparent, so desperate.

I wonder when Brad Parscale's head will be on the chopping block. That scumbag is getting fabulously wealthy at Deadbeat Don's expense and showing nothing but dismal ratings for all that moolah.

Sad...

So, don't bother because one isn't Bill Gates?
Tell Jimmy Carter he wasted his life then.

Taking religious instruction from a Trump backer is like taking instruction in ethics from Trump. There's a credibility problem

Main problem with taking religious instruction is it's religious instruction.

That "God works with imperfect humans constantly." is the BS line used by the "religious right" to keep the sheep in line to connote that if you're a "good Christian" you had better support tRump.

Dogma first, ethics maybe, only works for the dogmatists.

I didn't volunteer to get screwed to fulfill some strangers' religious agenda, regardless of claims that my 1st amendment freedom from another's religious agenda somehow infringes on their right to exercise theirs by imposing it on my affairs under color of law.
There is space for not asking from others what one wouldn't have asked of oneself, it's a matter of reciprocal common courtesy and civil co-existence.

I like Not Insane, and I recognize his right to free speech.

I want to point out, that when he say's "we support" that does not include me, even though I claim to be a Christian, too. He runs with a different flock.

IMHO, Trump was shoe-horned into being the POTUS by nefarious means.

Obviously NI disagrees, and that is okay.
