Here in Colorado it looks like we passed an amendment to our constitution. We now will have open primaries. Any registered INDEPENDENT voter can cast their vote for any presidential candidate in the primaries. You only get to cast one vote. I know I am going to register as an independent now.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out over the next election cycle.

Interestingly enough, it appears that Clinton has a very narrow lead in the popular vote and could end up winning that when the dust settles.

Wouldn't that be a hoot?

I sure would like to see the electoral college kicked to the curb.

But I doubt that's going to happen.

Bernie failed. Hillary failed. I didn't do anything wrong.
