They are. Comey was asked about it weeks ago and he said it would be inappropriate for him to comment on such a politically charged issue so close to the election.

Comey has to go, and his successor should accept a whole bunch of reported resignations. Don't need a bunch of politicized embittered personnel hanging around that agency.

I have a feeling Comey is gone on November 9th, no matter who wins. Hopefully he'll be prosecuted as well.
