After spending $2800 per vote in Iowa, Jeb Bush and his super PAC, Right to Rise, have continued the spree by paying about $1200 per vote in New Hampshire. Investing an egregious amount of money in ads landed Bush in fourth place with 11 percent of the vote, according to election results as of Tuesday night.

And he's trying to spin this as his "comeback"
