I have $100 that says the Supreme Court rules for the government position in this case.

Is that the amount of your subsidy? JK

Many republicans don't want the ACA overturned any more than they want Roe v. Wade overturned. It gives the base something to rally around and remain distracted from other important governmental matters. They would miss having Obamacare to rail against.

Well that would make the hypocrisy worse than ever.

And a reminder of how important it is to retain the Presidency, for this and for a more progressive SCOTUS.
