I don't see what anybody is getting all excited about. We've seen this movie before and not really all that long ago.
It was shit. It was why you ended up with the Democratic victories in '06 and '08. The only difference is that the GOP is even loonier now than it was then. Anybody remember my statement when Obama won in '08? "Hold on tight, folks. It's gonna be a bumpy ride!" The ride aint over yet, Sunshine. Better keep that seatbelt securely fastened. Dave

Alan Simpson was just on CNN explaining why the GOP will NOT be repealing Obamacare. And yet, this is what they have been running on. Already setting themselves up to disappoint their base. And it hasn't even been 24 hours................. Dave

It wasn't that hard to see it coming way back in 2008 when the Dems had a huge year and ran the table and won every single close Senate race in Red States. That meant that six years down the road they would have a tough row to hoe.
On the other hand, 2010 was a huge year for Republicans. Add six years to 2010 and what do you get? And then in the background that clock on the Demographic time bomb keeps ticking away. Old white people keep crapping out, while young dark people keep turning 18. In the long run, you baggers are fucked.
