Apparently there is some disagreement regarding the interpretation of the recent autopsy report.

Representatives for Brown's family said the results of of the preliminary autopsy support witness accounts that Brown was trying to surrender when he was shot.

"Why would he be shot in the very top of his head? A 6'4" man," one of the family's lawyers said. "Makes no sense.

I heard one commentator last night on KMOX say that the 2nd autopsy described an execution, one of our PC colleagues sez it could indicate a full-press charge by the deceased. Without the evidence of the scene it's not obvious which is more likely.

Yep, so if the results don't get anymore conclusive than that it will come down to the eyewitness accounts.

Pure speculation on my part, could the shot to the head have happened while Brown was falling, perhaps as a result of the shot to the neck/collarbone? Until the investigation is complete we will only be able to guess. Guesses are a dime a dozen. Pat is right, let's wait.
