A quick and dirty way is to mod the firing pin to be out. Lock the slide back, then when you release the slide it will fire until empty.

Easy enough for you?

You pin head, try that with any post ban rifle & video it for me because I hope you shoot yourself trying to make it work.

Open-bolt full-autos are about the simplest guns you can possibly design, ever (well...aside from single-shots and stuff), even more so than semi-automatic guns. Semi-auto open-bolts are also patently illegal because of how easily they can be converted to full-auto.

I've seen it done at the range by shooters a couple of table over. Nothing I'd consider doing.

On the full auto used in violent crimes. Did those two bank robbers in CA use them? The ones who were walking and shooting dressed up in protective gear back a few? Waco?http://usgovinfo.about.com/blwacoguns.htm
