We are all God's children...the man may have been a jerk, but he did not deserve to be killed like that. Plus there were children in that theater.

Based upon my knowledge of the incident, this wasn't about a "rude cell phone user."

This was about an entitled, former police assault team Captain, old man -- threatened in front of his wife for not being immediately acquiesced to by what he perceived as a young punk -- who had come to fondle himself while watching a movie designed to glorify his John Wayne fantasies.

This occurred during PREVIEWS.

I go to 1-2 movies per week and my local AMC doesn't require you to put anything away until just before the feature. This man was texting his daughter and got shot.

The old man should fry.
