I turned on FoxNews the other day, just to see if they were still at it. Yep, of course they are. Constantly bitching about the "mainstream media" as if they aren't a part of it. And, of course anyone who doesn't agree with them is either lying, or hates and/or is out to destroy America, blah, blah, blah......................

When in the hell are you going to learn to see through all of this bullshit?

Fox news is basically the same thing as the Telescreen was in Orwell's 1984.

At work, the facility manager hung a screen in the breakroom permanently tuned to FoxNews. People complained, until he changed the channel. It only lasted a day and it was changed back. Anyhow, the arguing and bickering kept up until someone broke into the cabinet and sabotaged the damn thing. Finally, the plant manager told him to just take it down and forget about it.

This guys determination to keep the t.v. up and tuned to Fox was, at first, amusing.
But, at the final stage of his insanity, he showed a face that made some of us wonder if we were going to end up as breaking news in the "Situation Room".............. It's no wonder some people act as if having Obama in the Whitehouse is the end of the world, if they truly are as eaten up with rightwing propaganda as that guy.
