The Tea Party looks inward...not outward. They are not inclusive...they are not building coalitions and the rather small one they do have (white people who do not like the President) is shrinking with each year.

Obama has the following on his side
Women
Latinos
Urban, college educated citizens (this is important)
Business interests who want stability
Wall Street
Asians
African Americans

and this is big....insured Americans under the ACA

Tea Party?
Rural America
People over 65
The South

the smartest thing for the Republicans would be to pass the Immigration Reform bill and forget about ending Obamacare.
