The Canadian Single Payer Plan, I know because I lived there for 53 years. Unfortunately all Americans ever hear about it is the bullshit put out by the insurance an drug companies. Look in any issue of any major magazine, you will see three and four page ads for some "Miracle" drug (the miracle being if it does not kill you). Figure out what that spread cost, then tell yourself that of course the magazine will print the truth about single payer. If you do believe that we are having a special on the Bay Bridge this week.
