What seems to be lost in this dialog is that avoidance is far better than confrontation. There are no losers without a confrontation.

Zimmerman initiated this confrontation when he had no right to do so. His only right was to call the cops which he did and should have waited.

You don't need to break a law to make someone fearful. The idea that technically Zim was legally allowed to chase the kid is totally irrelevant.

That's not what the witness is saying - or said - in that video regarding what he saw about what he saw. And you'd know what if you actually watched the video.

I watched the testimony and I watched the video you posted before I responded. He said, "that's what it looked like" referring to Trayvon being on top.
He also continued to identify the person on top and the person on the bottom as just that. Not by name.

The defense did a good job tactically by leading the witness and the prosecutor never objected.
