I'd tend to vote for keeping your mouth shut and minding your own business, but from personal experience, that doesn't work all of the time either.

Yes, but a terror-ist is someone who employs terror as a means to an end. And that would be anyone who resorts to violence as a means to an end...basically...which would mean.....We're all terrorists.
