I bet Putin will agree to a "negotiated settlement" with Ukraine now and deal with them later like he invaded Crimea first, annexed it and then years later rolled towards Kiev.

His army is weakened and forced to use Koreans as stand ins, economy has been stagnant, so anything for a pause in the fighting. He will be happy to keep the territory that Russia has captured to date.

Now that he has made America Great, he is out to make Russia great.
