Affirmative action, or is it's known today DEI has been bastardized into
non-qualified people hired only because of their race and we know which race that is. Back in the days of WW2 those in charge maintained that Blacks lacked the capacity or the brain power to occupy leadership roles or even to fly aircraft. Some of that thinking is still around in that minorities and women are hired
without being qualified for the job at hand because, you know, "they just aren't".
