Hardly. She and her staff will still try the case in Federal Court as temporary US Attorneys using Georgia law. That's not why Meadows and the Cheeto Benito want it in Federal Court. They want it primarily because it expands the jury pool to the northern Georgia counties with a considerably higher percentage of Republicans than heavily Democratic Fulton Co.

Also, you guys love to complain about Judge Cannon's lack of "experience". Well, the Georgia judge that drew Trump's case has been on the bench for 6 months.

I've never complained about her inexperience. My complaint was her profound incompetence and obvious bias toward the Lying Dotard.
She got slapped silly unanimously by a panel of conservative judges of the Federal Appeals Court in Atlanta.
“The key point is that Judge Cannon had no jurisdiction to do anything here. She tried to assert equitable jurisdiction [to appoint the special master], but her own opinion showed why her analysis was defective. Her opinion got ripped to shreds by the Eleventh Circuit Court." It was also recently revealed that
she made several grievous errors in a recent trial.
If Judge McAfee, appointed by Gov. Kemp, ends up being a wacko wingnut like Cannon, rest assured that I'll unleash my ire on him too. His resume doesn't reveal the level of abject incompetence that Cannon has demonstrated thus far. We'll see.
