The prosecutor in question was in bed with corrupt Russian-backed oligarchs and the US and EU demanded investigation and prosecution of corruption in order for Ukraine to receive aid (something we routinely do with foreign aid).

Wingnut Media, of which you're an obvious fan, has glossed this over and tried to make something nefarious out of routine foreign policy activities and you fell for it (unsurprisingly). This is typical Trumpian misdirection to obfuscate the issue for which he was impeached the first time and Rudy Guiliani (of dildo shop fame) was his bagman. Try to keep up.
