It reminds me of all those November 2020 "stolen election" cases his shyster lawyers presented with no evidence after they were warned of suspension of their licenses if they brought in any more fake evidence. In this case against Cohen their evidence testimony disclosure makes trouble for them in the AG James case and in the pornstar payoff case.

I was thinking of the testimony Cohen will be giving not the suit against him. Isn't the suit against to try and shut him up?
