The "good faith" argument reflects legal positioning/strategy. It does NOT represent what has been disclosed in the legal brief via the discovery process. Your statement above just confirms what I thought:

- You have no interest in the information that might run counter to your chosen narrative.
- You didn't bother to even glance at the copy of the legal brief provided.
- And - just adding the obvious - you are guilty of what you accuse others of doing: regurgitating "facts" from your news sources of choice that comport with your views and chosen narrative and ignoring everything else.
