Yes Biden won. Yes, there were plenty of weird decisions and actions during the 2020 election. Some of these were bad decisions made by state officials, some were stupid ideas born out of a reaction to the pandemic, and some were the usual shenanigans that occur during elections every year.

Yes, Trump went too far and acted in a less than appropriate manner during that time.

No, I don't think folks who ask legitimate questions about some of those bad decisions and stupid ideas are worthy of instant scorn.

No, the folks who put other folks in danger on Jan 6th and trashed the Capital were not "patriots", and have earned whatever legal fate awaits them. Yes, many of the folks who were in DC were there to peacefully protest, and then things got way, way out of control.
