This possibly explains Bill Barr's resignation effective Dec. 23rd. Of course, #45 thought he owned the JD and the SCOTUS, simpleton that he is regarding the constitution. Question now becomes what did Barr know? Best for Garland is to either full disclosure or a orchestrate a leak while looking the other way.
