Well, I posted a case in another thread, of a death apparently due to ketamine injection.It seems clear to me that the drug was becoming a customary chemical weapon, used on helpless victims towards whom the actors harbored animus.

There's a name for the emotion that makes us want to hurt others. The name is hate.
