Some very creative revelers in New Zealand working round the alcohol ban in their town, they built themselves an island.

Even the local police chief commended on their creativity. Good to know that cops in NZ have a sense of humor, his last name sounds Irish.

"That's creative thinking - if I had known [about it] I probably would have joined them," said local police commander Inspector John Kelly when told about the sand island.
