Well there ws no 'court' involved unless the Registrar of Wills is considered a court. I simply walked in with her will and death certificate, told the young lady that everything was jointly held, she made copies of the will and certificate and gave me back the originals.

Whatever so far I have yet to hear back from her ambulance chaser and I did not send him the copies of her insurance policy and other things he demanded. Had he asked politely I might have done so but 'demanding' from me gets you nowhere.
