Yes, a person refused public accommodation on the basis of their sexual orientation, and not any current disruptive behavior, is being mistreated.

There is no guarantee in the Constitution covering anyone's right to infringe upon the rights of others, not one thing and certainly not on the basis of religion. We are free to believe as we choose but not to act as we choose, even in accordance with our religious beliefs.
