The testimony is interesting in that she describes the 'hands up' move by Brown as just starting, and not getting past head level, before Brown was shot the final time. 'If the officer had been shooting lawfully,' he easily could not have had time to react--to process the hands-up move and cease fire--before firing that last shot(s).
'If the officer was shooting lawfully' remains a big question in my mind, however. She also describes him shooting at the fleeing Brown with his back to the officer.

Is firing like that considered OK in a residential neighborhood at noontime?
I understand if it's a life or death self defense situation, but firing after someone that is fleeing? Because he
might assault someone else?
