I spoke with the election commissioner today. What an oily smooth talker he was. The reason they keep moving the voting places around is those places simply don't want to be polling places any more so they move them somewhere else.

30 years in one place and suddenly they can't get any one place to poll for more than one election?

So I'm going to do some calling around and see if this is true.
