Seen it all to often people complaining about the union dues and not getting any benefits. All they while they are the ones who use the services offered by the union when in trouble. Same one's who complain about seniority until they have some juice!

Yes.....
the home care network is staffed by hard working and underpaid health care providers who are taking care of our family members. I guess if one is taking care of a child or parent one may be upset with union dues...however nothing is permament....someday a stranger may be taking care of a loved one and I would hope they are getting a living wage so they provide as good care as possible.
