Nope. It's just more half steppin' piecemeal bullshit. Boehner hasn't given in on anything. It's an ass covering vote in the house that was passed unanimously today. The Senate is still holding firm against the Cruz craziness of picking and choosing which parts of government they want to fund. Cruz and his buddies are still swingin' in the wind.
