That's the part that I have as yet to figure out.

I guess what I'm saying is that many of the regulations are written in a way to give the corporate giants, who own the politicians, a leg up on their competition...especially the little guy.

Whether or not it's true, I've read where Monsanto's hybrids have gotten into a farmer's adjacent field, and they have been sued by Monsanto for the illegal use of their products.

The way I look at things, we don't need more regulations, we need the RIGHT regulations.

I also have a problem with the way the government creates a program by which they give it a name, but actually it winds up being the opposite of it's moniker.

PPACA is a prime example. It doesn't really protect anyone, and it's affordability is a topic for discussion.

Now I realize that PPACA is viewed favorably amongst many here, at least as the means to an end, so allow me to mention another example...The Patriot Act.

IMHO, the ultimate example of Orwellian doublespeak. Sounded good, but it has basically destroyed not only our Constitutional Rights, but our natural rights as well.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the only person who had the guts to vote against it was that crazy assed Ron Paul.

I've shown my cards, feel free to trump me, as I've been known to be wrong.
