Apples and oranges, my good man, and I hope you're smart enough to know it. An enemy combatant on a foreign field of battle is different from a criminal suspect captured here in the US. It appears as though you're more than willing to eviscerate civil liberties in the US, even though it doesn't appear remotely necessary in this particular case.
