So, what music are you listening to now?

Someone on here or AK was talking about the band Southern Culture on the Skids. I picked up their CD titled Dirt Track Date. It's pretty sweet. Gives me kind of a Lynyrd Skynyrd plays Stray Cats vibe.

One track that really took me back was track 14 at the end of the CD. It is simply a trackside recording of a small town circle track race but wow. I could almost feel the chunks of tire rubber hitting me in the face. They did an excellent job of capturing the sound. It reminded me of when I lived in the boonies and my wife, then girlfriend, and I saw a race at Dixie Motor Speedway. We had a Dirt Track Date.
