That's something I kinda miss about being here in the PRC. We really never get any thunderstorms. Oh, maybe a little thunder squall over the Bay that I can faintly see in the distance and never really hear, maybe once every three or four years, but nothing approaching those good old fashioned east coast or midwest thunderstorms. I used to love those things.
