Interesting piece on the OpEd page of the WaPo this AM, seems one of the detectives assigned to the case still does not believe the story about being punched in the nose and the head banging. Neither does the coroner who did the autopsy, and pictures on the news of Zimmerman going into the police station showed no bloody nose or back of his head. When all of this comes out in the wash I think there will be more than just Zimmerman who winds up in deep doodoo.

I don't see how it matters.

If a black man chased a white kid and then a scuffle ensued and the black man killed the white kid with a gun as a result would we be talking about "should the black man be arrested?"
