Even if I disregard Mad Musk, here in Australia there are better EV's than Tesla's for less money.

I have been following KIA for a while and they will be soon releasing low priced EV's to compete with Tesla Model 3 and Model Y.

Kia’s EV3 is already on sale in Korea, starting at around $30,000 (42.08 million won). Earlier this week, the company said its new compact SUV is now available across Europe, starting at around $38,000 (36,000 euros) with a “segment-leading range” of up to 375 miles (WLTP).

Next up will be the EV4. Kia is expected to officially reveal the new EV by the end of the year, with deliveries starting in 2025. It could be as soon as next week at the 2024 LA Auto Show.

Tesla's stock slide looks to be unrelenting
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/tesla...111050162.html

Elon Skum sucking up to Donny and Donny’s tariffs are hurting Tesla, bigly. Good.

Driver stopped in Tesla Cybertruck banned in UK

Quote:
A Tesla Cybertruck, which is illegal to drive in the UK due to safety concerns, has been seized by police in Greater Manchester.

Officers spotted the eye-catching vehicle, which carries a price tag of about £48,000, in Whitefield, Bury, and stopped the driver on Thursday night.
I loved reading this article as to how many instances this truck violates UK and Europe's requirements for vehicle certification.

BYD and its rivals are crushing Tesla in China
https://www.businessinsider.com/byd-...-global-2025-2

I’ll never buy a Tesla. Probably won’t buy an EV until they can go at least 750 miles and charge in 5 minutes. They still make no sense to me at this point.

I read an article where BYD is going gangbusterss in the Australian automotive market, so got curious to see how Tesla is doing.

Quote:
Tesla continues to operate in the Australian market. In February 2025, Tesla delivered 1,592 vehicles, with the Model 3 and Model Y experiencing substantial year-over-year declines of 81.4% and 55.4%, respectively
Australia, with no auto industry to protect, is awash with Chinese EVs

Muskrat may have to survive on the billions he gets from from the U.S. government. Pity.

Tesla sold more cars here this February than in 2024 which is rather surprising.
Europe, Australia and China are boycotting Tesla cars yet here in the US, we are buying more of his crap? Sad.
