For his sake, anyway. But otherwise, entertainment for the rest of us.

I am certain he is waiting for Musk to weigh in first.

Cox never seemed to dwell on fundamental issues. For instance the US perennially kicking the can down the road when faced with its massive debt.
She is more attune to partisan issues and propaganda.

The government debt is a tragedy of the commons. Rent-seeking investors seek to hold as much as they can, since it is seemingly riskless and pays interest. So they favor minimal taxation to give them maximum cash to invest in it, and maximum debt financing of goverrnment. The idea is, tax is money out the window, but give the same money to the government as debt and you get interest forever. Only at some unforseable future point will the endless demand of individual investors for more debt result in a collective 'break the bank' effect. ANd right up to that point, each individual investor will still see it as in their interest to get more debt.

Somehow I see the replacement of liberal democracy with authoritarian oligarchy as a fundemental issue.

Much consideration and reflection of current events after being given time to germinate by your's truly....
Seeing the ones with all the scratch finally getting tools to control. So they think of the masses. We will see just how much and for how long before the tried and true results of the past will happen.

The ole pitch forks and torches coming to get them.....

Unfortunately they (liberal and authoritarian) are controlled basically by the the same players.
US is increasingly becoming an oligarchy. Additionally this oligarchy has made serious inroads in the control and dissemination of info. This facet is increasing irrespective of who is in nominal power.

She has an unequaled grasp of American history and an uncanny ability to draw parallels between past present and even future events.

Yes, she has a liberal/Democratic slant, but I've never seen it interfere with her ability to tell the truth.
