I also see that Nazis in the US oppose backing Ukraine: https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/...ight-extremist

So pick a side.
As they did pre-Pearl Harbor, when their advocacy of the Third Reich became untenably toxic.

It is for Ukraine and Russia to make war or peace as they may. But there is no doubt who is the criminal aggressor, and who deserves support. Do you think that things will work out better if Ukraine is weaker?

It is for Ukraine and Russia to make war or peace as they may:

I am glad that you accept that position. In the early part of 2022 both sides were willing to sign a treaty base upon Ukraine accepting neutrality. This was upended when Boris Johnson went to Ukraine and convinced Zelensky that with western support Russia could be defeated.
I suspect that western perspective was not so much pro Ukraine interest but a chance to break Russia.

Now second Time Magazine main article on Zelensky essentially described him as someone who has lost a sense of reality.

Zaluzhny is the realist and more than likely came to the conclusion that Ukraine was just a pawn in a big game.

in certain main policy objectives Biden is a continuation of Trump. He is just smoother and calmer. Trump was ranting and raving about NATO members not spending enough on armaments and also the need to buy more American energy. Biden has achieved all of that beyond his wildest dreams. Senator Ted Cruz the energy point man is smiling.

In the meantime Europe is f^^ked. It has to transfer many of its high energy dependent industry to US or China.

General Zaluzhny is correct and he probably realizes he is in a "Mackinder" machination.

Now I hope Lloyd Austin returns to his post as quickly as possible before the lunatics take control.

Many questions occur. Mainly what were the details of this agreement, and was it really likely to happen. Until its real it's pie in the sky.

I am tempted to use a word you use frequently to mean 'very wrong:' lunacy. The only correct thing is ascribing ranting and raving to Trump. He has no policy goals beyond the level of crude impulse: 'being tied by obligation to other nations bad, gaining transactional approval from big strong leaders good.' Arguments like about armament spending and energy purchases are just sticks he can grab and swing around, without comprehension or actual concern about the nature of the stick. If a Trump 'stick' actually represents a desirable policy goal, Biden is capable of taking rational action and achieving it. But calling that a continuation of Trump is like calling marriage a continuation of rape.

Whatever the adversities of stopping Putin's ambitions, they will be fucked 10,000 times worse if they don't stop them.

A huge warehouse outside of St. Pete's (aka Leningrad) goes up in smoke. It was Ruzzia's largest online retailer until some careless tar heads torched it up.

That's a very flattering picture of her. Normally, she looks like she finished a liter of vodka.

In my experience, a woman who just finished a liter of vodka is... fun.
